REDLINE-MULTISPORT mini TRAINING CAMP FOR:

  WEEKEND OF THE

Buffalo Springs Lake/ Lubbock, TX

Originally held in previous years for our personal REDLINE clients,  we are now offering this informative camp  to all.  The Redline Camp is held in conjunction with the Buffman and Squeaky Intermediate and The Dog House Sprint weekend.  So come on out and get some great training in and while you're at it,  invite a friend to do their first sprint or Olympic distance race!!

It is intended as a challenging training camp for any level moving to the longer distance triathlon and particularly those planning on attending the 70.3 Buffalo Springs Lake Triathlon or any other long distance event.

Participants will be training  Friday and Saturday on each of the courses used in both Sunday's race and the Buffalo Springs 70.3 IM , and finishing with the participation in the race on Sun*

COACH for this event will be 2008 REDMAN IM overall winner Chris Aarhus .  Chris is a previous winner of the  Buffman and Squeaky race ( formally known as M&M Triathlon) is a regular top age grouper and has placed as high as 10th overall at the 70.3 event qualifying for Hawaii World Championships in Kona.
