Whether you are a novice,  just looking to shed a few pounds and get in shape, or an experienced athlete with your sights set on a loftier objective, our Online Personal Training will assist you in achieving your goal(s).  Our clear, concise, easy to read and understand training programs will help guide the way.  Whether it's losing 5 pounds or 25, running a 5K or a Marathon, riding 25 miles or a Century, USCF bicycle racing, tackling your first sprint Triathlon or the Big Kahuna of them all, IRONMAN©, we can help!

Our programs start at $60 for Template programs of 6 weeks- enough to get you started on your way to your first event. 

$150-$250 for 1/2 Ironman and Full Ironman Template programming in 12-16 week cycles - no adjustments

Monthly Programming fees :  $75 1x start up fee

                                                  $125 single sport 4wks  with limited email and phone contact.

                                                  $200 -$300  for multisport  individualized programming with varying e-mail and phone contact with coaches. These are programs designed around your schedule.  Please call either coach for details as these spots are limited to provide the highest quality of programming.

Pedal Stroke analysis:  $70   Performance testing for the bicycle using a Computrainer- look for where you are missing power in your efforts.

NEW LEAF Metabolic Assessment-  $189   Includes:

              Resting assessment-      Find out how many calories a day your body needs.  A number as individual as your fingerprint. Based on actual O2 exchanges and not  formulas.

              Exercise assessment- ( also known as Vo2 max testing)-  Find out your individual and optimal heart rate training zones including anaerobic threshold ( the point at which least fat is utilized)  Very Helpful for (but not limited to) IM athletes to establish paces and caloric consumption for the long haul.

Single retests of either one individually- $99.   A one time fee of $50 for your personal mask ( for sanitation)  is required. 

 NOTE: These assessments require special instructions on fasting for accurate readings as well as two separate visits to conduct.

 

Any ride time/ personal training:   $60-75 p hr. (dependant on #of hours and travel involved) Group training (more than 2) call.

ALL SERVICES ARE BILLED IN ADVANCE.  Testing and personal training requires a 12 notice for cancellations, anything less and no shows are charged at full price.

The concept behind our online personal training is that, for most of us, our schedules are very demanding.  It’s hard to find time to just get a workout in, let alone decide what we should be doing on a particular day.  With this approach, your schedules are pre-made and at your fingertips.  Many individuals truly want to get in shape, but have trouble deciding what to do.  By having something down on paper (or computer) in front of you, it gives you direction and you are more likely to get that workout in.  This is where we come in!  Though one on one contact is preferred, it is not always feasible. The more contact you have , the greater the learning curve.
 


If you are already in the 'Tri' game and just looking to get a bit more organized in your training, just tell us what you are looking for and we will work to come up with a plan that suits your needs. 

For those of you just looking to lose weight and increase your fitness level, I must caution you,,,this program is not some magic pill or drug!  We try to incorporate cross training in as many areas as possible.  Even if you have no desire to be a triathlete, training with variety will not only help get you in shape, but will also help in keeping things fresh and interesting.  Just plain hard work and dedication is the only TRUE way to lose the pounds and keep them off!  We also strongly encourage coming up with a secondary goal to focus on, other than ‘losing weight’, such as running a road race, or cycling in a tour with a distance of your choice.  Anything to help keep your mind off of the dreaded scale. Too many people worry so much about the actual number of pounds they are losing, or NOT losing, that they don’t even realize the other benefits they may be achieving.  Replacing fat with muscle will not show on a scale and as a result, discourages many and causes them to give up before they really even get started.  What they may not realize is that, their weight distribution (also know as Body Mass Index) is improved, resulting in lost inches, causing clothes to fit better and creating an enhanced outward appearance.  You may also notice an increase in energy and just a general overall improvement in your wellbeing.  These factors must all be taken into consideration before you decide to give up on any fitness program and yourself.  This is why we tell our clients, do NOT check the scale each and every day!  Success will only come with consistency over an extended period of time and should not only be judged in pounds alone.  One week you may lose a couple of pounds and the next week you may lose nothing.  As long as you are doing your best to stay as consistent as you possibly can and remain positive and feel good about what you are doing, results will follow! 
 


When you decide to join, you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire about your current level of fitness and what facilities and/or equipment you have access to.  This will help us in setting up a starting point in your program.  If you have access to nothing other than a pair of running shoes, don’t despair!  We can still set you up with a program to meet your needs.  Basic core exercises for strength and a walk/run plan for aerobic endurance and fat burning will have you heading down the path of health and fitness.  A description of each exercise will be provided to aid you in the proper execution of all movements.  We are also available for any questions that may arise with respect to your program.  This is just a brief overview and more details will be provided as we establish your particular program.

There are no long term contracts.  Only that payment must be made in advance of each 4-week program cycle and as one might expect, there are no refunds.  An e-mail will be sent out as a reminder to inform you that your next 4-week cycle is about to get under way.  All of your programs will be sent directly to your e-mail address for you to refer back to on your computer, or can be printed out (which is suggested) so you can place it wherever it will be most noticeable for you to keep up with.  Communication will be vital, as the feedback you provide will assist us in adjusting your program accordingly.  Any other questions can be answered on a case by case basis as the process begins.
