Expose Yourself to Your Full Athletic Potential !

Redline-Multisport  is based out of San Antonio, Texas. Athlete and Head of Redline-Multisport Fitness, Corey Fehr, established Redline MSF in October of 2003. He then teamed up with local cyclist/  triathlete  now co-owner Chris Aarhus, in 2004 and Mark Koehl in 2006.

Redline is committed to helping those who are looking at starting a new lifestyle change in the fitness arena, or those who are already involved in fitness and multi-sports, such as Triathlon (swim/bike/run), Duathlon (run/bike/run), cycling, or running. General conditioning and strength improvement with the practice of weight training is also part of the training regimen.  We love the training and lifestyle that multisports provides and continue this passion  even when not actively racing.

COACH Corey Fehr, has been involved in general strength and conditioning, since the late 1980's.   Having come from no true swimming, cycling, or running background, Corey, in 1996 and at the age of 26, self-coached himself in the 3 disciplines and he began participating in multi-sports.  Since then, he has numerous races of varying distances to his credit.  Most notable being, the completion of the 1999 Hawaii Ironman, finishing 4th among the armed forces and 1st on Team Army, while competing as a member of the US Army Ironman Triathlon Team.  A Boston Marathon finisher in '98 and a 2:50 marathon PR are also to his credit.  After a few frustrating seasons recovering from a fractured Femur he is returning to form with a 2nd place overall at the Tall Texan 1/2 Ironman 2005.  As well as 3rd and 2nd places at Redman Iron distance race. Ranked All American in 2007 he continues to perform. Currently a Category 1 cyclist, he started cycling in 1989 forwhile a national level indoor speed roller skater.  Venturing into Triathlon in 1999,  he progressed to his first Ironman distance in 2004 with a 49th overall at Ironman Canada posting a 9:54 and has qualified 3x for Hawaii IM World Championships, and 2x70.3 Worlds. Chris has earned an All American ranking in  '03 , '04, '05, '06 and a 24th/2742 national ranking in his age group, as well as Duathlon All American in '07.  Chris has the rare ability to teach and make sense of  information he's presenting.  Very analytical in nature and a keen eye for proper execution of exercises.  Please proceed to the 'contact us' page for contact information!

COACH Linda Miller- as one of Chris' coached athletes, Linda has gleaned much knowledge from her coach and has the ability to 'tone it down' a bit as she works with the women's Danskin athletes at Run Gear Run. Having been in the sport since 2003 and worked with a few other coaches, she has an extensive knowledge base. As a mother of two, she too knows about balancing life and passion for the sport of triathlon. Linda's  past experience in the local running stores makes her a valuable asset along with her constant thirst for knowledge and growth.
